Job summary

Kirkton Park Hotel Hunter Valley is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide our Front Office team and deliver the luxury boutique experience in a stunning Hunter Valley setting.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and supervise reception and reservations, ensuring guest recognition and smooth operations across a 7-day roster. This full-time role requires a NSW RSA and First Aid qualification, with benefits including parking and worldwide discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel Front Office.
• Experience with Opera PMS is desirable.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest service.
• Support Reception and Reservation procedures.
• Deliver personal recognition and high-quality guest experience.
• Manage rostering and shift coverage across a 7-day roster.
