Job summary

Wildes Boutique Hotel in Kangaroo Valley invites an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor / Front of House Team Leader to join our boutique property. Available as Full-Time or Casual, you will lead the F&B team during service and mentor staff while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong restaurant operations knowledge, excellent communication skills, and current RSA and Food Handling certificates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Wine, cocktail, and fine dining knowledge highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
• Current RSA certification and Food Handling Certificate.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service.
• Support the Guest Services Team in delivering efficient check in and check out experiences as well as answering general guest enquiries.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Assist with restaurant setup, presentation, and operational standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Undertake ordering of stock and monthly stocktakes.
• Assist with team training and development where required.
