Job summary

Kirkton Park Hotel Hunter Valley, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Full Time Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure seamless guest service. You will respond to guest needs, supervise daily activities, and promote hotel programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years Front Office experience, strong customer relations, and knowledge of Opera PMS. A rotating roster including evenings and weekends is required. Competitive salary and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within a hotel Front Office operation, with exposure to both Reception and Reservation procedures.
• Working knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera (Beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and support the Front Office Team with their daily activities.
• Respond to guest needs and issues as they arise.
• Promote associated hotel activities and rewards programs.
