Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager - Biosurgery in Melbourne, VIC. You will own a busy VIC West territory, partnering with surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of Arista, Progel, Avitene and Flowable.

You’ll deliver clinical education and in-theatre support, while identifying opportunities for growth across public and private hospitals. You will build lasting relationships with clinicians and stakeholders, leverage your biosurgery experience, and contribute to BD’s growth in ANZ.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience.
• Exposure to surgical environments and confidence operating in theatre.
• Experience working with surgeons, theatre nurses and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and converting growth opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to build a successful sales career.
• Excellent planning, organisation and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's Biosurgery portfolio across VIC West.
• Partner with surgeons, theatre nurses and hospital stakeholders across public and private hospitals.
• Provide in-theatre support, product expertise and clinical education.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow territory performance.
• Expand existing customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with business priorities.
• Support product evaluations and technology adoption programs.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and educational sessions.
