Job summary

Tacticall Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Support Officer to join a global, renowned organisation. You will be the first point of contact for invoicing and account enquiries, handling calls and emails from a Brisbane-based team and delivering timely resolutions.

You'll work within a close-knit team of around 10 and aim for First Contact Resolution, using multiple systems to support accounts receivable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment.
• Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for resolving problems.
• Confidence navigating multiple systems while investigating customer enquiries.
• Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
• Experience working towards KPIs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails relating to invoicing enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve account and billing issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting accounts receivable outcomes.
• Escalate complex enquiries to specialist teams when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
