Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service & Retention Advisor in Brisbane to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound sales queries, account servicing and retention conversations. Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering service.
• Confidence identifying sales and retention opportunities.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience working towards performance targets in customer service or sales.
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from customers.
• Assisting with sales enquiries and account servicing.
• Leading retention conversations to help customers find right solutions.
• Listening to customer needs and offering appropriate responses.
• Onsite position at Edward Street, near Central Station.
