Job summary

Software International (SI) is seeking a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist (English & Spanish) for a remote, full-time role serving Australian clients. You will onboard new customers, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through our SaaS cash processing platform to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent bilingual communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash processing or cash-in-transit industries is a strong asset.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with SaaS platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding processes for new clients, including training on system features.
• Demonstrate effective use of the SaaS platform to optimize operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide proactive support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Assist with testing and validation of new features or updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
