This full-time independent contractor role offers remote work from Latin America and requires you to work US client hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional phone communication.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare administration.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR platforms and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and providers.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and maintain records.
• Update patient information in EMR/EHR with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage patient information validation.
• Support patient intake, admissions, and front-desk operations.
• Communicate across English- and Spanish-speaking patients and teams.
• Perform data entry, email management, and documentation.
