You will onboard new customers, provide training, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of our SaaS cash-processing platform.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients and train users on features.
