Fiserv in Australia is seeking a Technical & SaaS Client Specialist to drive excellence supporting internal and external partners on a complex range of topics. You will manage trending issues and provide insights to product, developers, and operations, leading technical discussions with customers.

Ideal candidates are analytical, innovative, and able to isolate causes quickly. You will communicate findings clearly to varied audiences and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Fintech, SaaS, or payment tech experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with incident management and onboarding.
• Ability to work independently across regions.
• Be a go-to expert for evolving products and tools.
• 2 years data analysis with Excel and/or SQL.
• 2 years project leadership with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Second-level SaaS platform support including incident resolution.
• Handle merchant and partner queries on transactions, settlement, funding, and system functions.
• Onboard staff and provide ongoing feedback to call centre teams.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for procedures.
• Support terminal lifecycle installations and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with product and sales on feature rollouts and onboarding.
• Work with APAC leadership to share best practices.
• Assist with new Clover device launches and merchant migrations.
