TeamViewer is seeking a Japan-market Inside Sales professional in Adelaide to contact potential clients, tailor solutions, and drive revenue. You will present online demos, respond to inquiries, and manage quotes while hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The role suits a self-driven communicator with two years in sales or customer service, ideally with tech exposure and Japanese language proficiency, based in Australia.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese with business English.
• Minimum two years in sales or customer service.
• Tech industry experience desirable.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis and tailor solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and general tech.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team oriented but able to work independently.
• Creative and adaptable sales approach.
• Work experience in Japan is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Make contact with potential clients daily via assigned leads and opportunities.
• Propose solutions that meet customers' business needs.
• Provide online demonstrations as required to potential customers.
• Respond promptly to email requests.
• Provide quotes and follow up within defined timeframes.
• Meet revenue targets set by Inside Sales Team Manager.
• Process written requests from prospects and customers.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through needs analysis.
