RSM Australia is seeking a skilled bid designer to craft compelling tender responses, capability statements and presentation materials. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to turn dense content into clear visuals across PowerPoint, Word and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Experience creating client-ready bid and proposal materials under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for translating technical content into visuals.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts across PowerPoint, Word and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Design and format high-quality tender responses, proposals and capability statements to a professional standard.
• Create infographics, diagrams, org charts and data visuals to aid reviewer comprehension.
• Maintain and evolve the bids team's template library, brand assets and style guides.
• Produce pitch decks, credentials documents, case studies and executive presentations.
• Train and mentor team members in bid design best practice and template usage.
