Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in bids/proposals and document management.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders, panel appointments and pitches with timelines.
• Set up bids tools, content libraries, trackers with access control.
• Catalogue past proposals, case studies, bios into a content library.
• Update credentials, matter examples, and team bios with version control.
• Prepare document shells and first-cut drafts for review.
