Qualifications

• 2–3 years in marketing, bids/proposals or related support roles.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail in documents and processes.
• Clear writing and proofreading abilities for client materials.
• Familiar with CRM or proposal platforms; open to AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality tender responses, proposals and capability statements under tight deadlines.
• Create infographics, diagrams and data visuals to clarify content.
• Maintain bids team templates, brand assets and style guides.
• Produce pitch decks, credentials and case studies for printing and digital use.
• Mentor teammates in bid design best practices and templates.
