Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a National Bids Adviser to coordinate tenders and pitches, maintain bid tools and a searchable content library, and support live proposals. You will collaborate with partners and marketing to update credentials and templates, ensuring quality across bids.

You will oversee scheduling bid meetings, assist with formatting and proofreading, and help improve AI-enabled tender processes. A strong team ethic and client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, bids/proposals, document management, or project support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in document prep and data entry.
• Good written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders, panel appointments and pitches with the Senior Bids Manager.
• Set up and maintain bids tools and systems with access control and up-to-date data.
• Organise past proposal documents and build a structured content library.
• Update credentials, matter examples and bios with version control.
• Format, proofread, and edit bid documents for consistency with templates.
