Bryant Building Contractors (‘Bryant’) is an established building and construction contractor delivering complex projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Founded in Cairns in 1986, the business grew from a family operation shaped by the demands of Northern Australia — where resilience, ingenuity, and responsibility are essential. Those demands still define how we work today, delivering projects that are Built Solid through a calm, consistent approach that turns complex ideas into real results.
By joining the Bryant team, you become part of a company that values growth, excellence and community, and gives you opportunities to develop a career — not just a job.
Respect, Accountability, Professionalism, Safety First.
We are seeking a Bid Support Officer to join our Cairns-based team. Reporting to the Bid Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the business throughout the bid management process. This includes bid preparation activities, managing documentation, facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, and providing general administrative support.
Whilst advantageous, previous bid support experience is not essential. The successful candidate will possess well-rounded administrative skills, a proactive “can-do” approach, and strong coordination skills. This is a full-time, permanent role; however, we are also open to offering flexible school-based hours.
