Design & Build Recruitment in North Sydney NSW is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to own the end-to-end tender and proposal process across multiple opportunities.

You will manage tenders, EOIs, proposals and prequalification submissions from start to lodgement, monitor tender portals, review RFT/RFP/EOI documents, establish bid programs, and develop compliant, persuasive content with input from commercial, estimating and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in bid coordination or tender management in construction, engineering, building services or a technical industry.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent bids with tight deadlines.
• Strong proposal writing, editing and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging submissions.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Bid Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end tender and proposal process across multiple concurrent opportunities.

About You
