Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract involves leadership, commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting and data solutions that influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Commercial BI leader with experience translating data into business outcomes.
• Strong capability to lead and develop a team of BI professionals.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations and Execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across the organization and manage 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance and a single source of truth.
• Partner with executives to support commercial outcomes and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting, planning and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritize BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decisions.
• Mentor the BI team and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Support data maturity and innovation across the business.
