Job summary

ALH Hotels Merchandise within Endeavour Group is seeking a Category Manager - Trade to lead the 6-18 month category strategy for our beverages offering. You will drive promotions, pricing negotiations, and supplier partnerships to boost growth, margins, and profitability.

You will mentor a team and collaborate across functions to implement guest-centric initiatives, with a focus on on-premise occasions and activations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of category management, promotions, or product marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in data analysis and translating insights into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 6-18 month category strategy for the ALH Value proposition.
• Own category sales, margins and profitability with budget rigor.
• Drive promotions, forecasts, and post-promotional reviews across teams.
• Lead supplier negotiations and partnerships for on-premise occasions.
