Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to work across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres in Campbelltown. You will use assessment and intervention skills to help NDIA participants maximize funding and outcomes.

You will develop and implement function-based Behaviour Support Plans, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• NDIS Workers Screening Check required
• Working with Children Check required
• Valid Australian driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Work across diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres
• Assess and intervene to support participants in achieving goals and funding
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and engage with team mentor
• Engage with supervision and mentoring throughout employment
