Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver intervention across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings in Southern Brisbane. The role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time 4 days/week) with an attractive package including base salary, super, vehicle options, mobile and laptop, plus opportunities to boost pay.

You will develop Behaviour Support Plans, conduct FBA, and work within an interdisciplinary team to maximise outcomes and NDIS funding for

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
• OT/Speech/Social Work/Nursing/Psychology registrations as listed in the job ad.
• NDIS checks and Working with Children Checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioural challenges.
• Deliver intervention across diverse settings (homes, schools, community).
• Support participants to maximise NDIS funding and outcomes.
