Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a clinician for flexible, autonomous work across community, clinic, and home settings. You will design your diary with autonomy, receive customised supervision, and grow in Behaviour Support with comprehensive training.

Based at Bella Vista with a supportive team, you’ll contribute to diverse NDIS caseloads while enjoying a flexible PD budget and travel allowances, plus extended leave benefits.

Qualifications

• PBS registration (Core suitability) is required.
• Background in Psychology or Social Work is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
• NDIS checks and Working with Children/Police checks (or willingness to obtain) are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide NDIS supports across varied caseloads.
• Work across home, clinic, and community settings.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings.

What You’ll Do

Based at our Bella Vista office, you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Bella Vista office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of: 4 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
