Better Rehab, based at Mount Hawthorn, offers real flexibility with community, clinic and work-from-home options while maintaining supervision and a strong clinical leadership team. You’ll shape a flexible diary, prioritise quality care and outcomes, and grow within a clinician-led organisation.
The role supports NDIS participants across diverse caseloads with dedicated supervision and a multidisciplinary team, with real scope to advance your skills and career across 30+ Australian locations.
Flexibility with structure. Autonomy with real support. Better Rehab is clinician-founded and clinician-led. Our leaders understand the realities of clinical work because they’ve lived it. That means realistic expectations, genuine flexibility, and a workplace designed for long-term, sustainable careers. You’ll have control over how your diary is structured, with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.
Experience real flexibility, work-from-home options, and supervision that's customised to you, no matter where you are in your career.
Design your week around your energy, not someone else’s schedule - with autonomy over your calendar, you reclaim the freedom to focus on what matters most.
Take the next step in your Behaviour Support journey with comprehensive training and development, so you can continue to grow.
Based at our Mount Hawthorn Office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
The Mount Hawthorn office has a team of 10 clinicians with a make up of: 3 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's.
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
These values guide how we work, lead and care — every day.
At Better Rehab, we embrace diversity, inclusivity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities including neurodiverse individuals.
If you think you’d be great in this role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply, we’d love to hear from you.
