Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support professional based in Joondalup to support NDIS participants across a varied caseload, guided by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team to deliver person-centred outcomes.

You’ll have flexible diary control with work-from-home options, a clinician-led environment, and a PD budget of up to $2,500 per year to fund learning and development, plus generous leave benefits.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration (Core or above)
• NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC
• Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Behaviour Support

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload
• Work with intake and clinical leadership to manage complex cases
• Provide supervision and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Deliver person-centred supports and develop tailored plans

What You’ll Do

Based at our Joondalup office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Joondalup office has a team of 14 clinicians with a make up of:

• 8 OT's
• 2 Speech Pathologist's
• 1 Physiotherapist
• 1 Exercise Physiologist
• 1 Allied Health Assistant
• 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Need
  • PBS Registration - Minimum of Core or above Suitability.
  • Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of 2years' experience within Behaviour Support
