Job summary

Better Rehab seeks a dedicated clinician to support NDIS participants across homes, clinics and community settings. You will work with a diverse caseload while benefiting from 1:1 supervision, a multidisciplinary team, and flexible work options including work-from-home opportunities.

You will receive comprehensive training in Behaviour Support, with an emphasis on autonomy and quality care within a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• NDIS knowledge and related regulatory requirements.
• PBS registration or core/suitability for the role.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Based atour Springwood, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Springwood office has a team of 16 clinicians with a make up of:

6 OT's, 5 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Minimum of Core or above Suitability
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience within Behaviour Support
