Better Rehab is seeking a Behaviour Support professional based in Mornington, Australia. You’ll have real flexibility, with options for work-from-home, supervised by an experienced leadership team.

Based at Mornington you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
The Mornington office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:
8 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
