Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a Behaviour Support professional based in Mornington, Australia. You’ll have real flexibility, with options for work-from-home, supervised by an experienced leadership team.

The role focuses on NDIS participants across diverse settings, offering autonomy over your calendar and a structured yet flexible environment to grow professionally. You’ll be part of a clinician-led organisation with 8 weeks paid parental leave and a generous PD budget.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above.
• NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support.
• Background in Psychology or Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Based at Mornington, support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and collaborate with the clinical leadership team.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to complex cases and ongoing development.

What You’ll Do

Based at Mornington you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Mornington office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:

8 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
