Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organisation offering flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. You’ll design your week with autonomy over your calendar and receive comprehensive training in Behaviour Support to grow in your career.

Based at our Croydon office, you’ll support NDIS participants with a varied caseload, backed by a dedicated intake and clinical leadership team. National opportunities across 30+ locations are available.

Qualifications

• PBS registration is mandatory at proficient level.
• Backgrounds in Psychology or Social Work are ideal for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Based at the Croydon office, support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings to build long-term relationships.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and MDT support for complex cases.

What You’ll Do

Based at ourCroydon office,you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Croydon office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of:

5 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
