Job summary

Better Rehab seeks a dedicated clinician to support NDIS participants across homes, clinics, and community settings. You will join a clinician-led team with 1:1 supervision and a strong focus on outcomes and professional growth.

You’ll operate from Bankstown with a varied caseload, supported by experienced leadership and a values-driven culture that promotes work-life balance and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 6years Behaviour Support experience

• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• Backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and ongoing development.

What You’ll Do

Based at our Bankstown office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Bankstown office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:

5 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
