Job summary

Better Rehab in Hobart is seeking a clinician-led professional to support NDIS participants across a varied caseload. You’ll work with an experienced intake and clinical leadership team to coordinate care across referrals.

The Hobart office includes 9 clinicians: 6 OT's, 1 Speech Pathologist, 1 Physiotherapist, and 1 Allied Health Assistant. You’ll operate across homes, clinics, and community settings with 1:1 and monthly group supervision to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Core Suitability or above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 years' experience within Behaviour Support

What You’ll Do

Based at Hobart you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Hobart office has a team of 9 clinicians with a make up of: 6 OT's, 1 Speech Pathologists, 1 Physiotherapist and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
