Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a clinician to provide flexible, autonomy-driven support to NDIS participants in a varied caseload across home, clinic and community settings.

You’ll have personalised supervision, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth while balancing work across Penrith and remote options.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• 3–4 years of post-grad experience.

Responsibilities

• Based at Penrith you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
• You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

What You’ll Do

Based at Penrith you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Penrith office has a team of 15 clinicians with a make up of:

5 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 3 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
