Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a Behaviour Support clinician to deliver services across Mornington and surrounding areas, with a varied caseload and strong clinical leadership. The role offers home, clinic, and community settings, plus supervision and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience

Responsibilities

• Based at Mornington you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
• The Werribee office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of: 6 OT's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 2 Allied Health Assistant's.
• You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
