Based at our North West and West Melbourne offices, you’ll support NDIS participants with a diverse caseload, backed by 1:1 supervision and a multidisciplinary team, with generous PD funding, travel allowances and paid parental

Qualifications

• PBS registration is required as a minimum.
• A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in home, clinic and community settings.
• Work with referrals under supervision from an intake and clinical leadership team.
• Engage in ongoing development with 1:1 and monthly group supervision.

What You’ll Do

Based at any of our North West and West Melbourne office's, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Office locations in the region:

• Geelong
• Moonee Ponds
• Ravenhall
• Pascoe Vale
• Werribee

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
