Job summary

Better Rehab in Canberra is seeking a Behaviour Support professional to join a clinician-led team. You will support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in homes, clinics and community settings, with supervision and a flexible calendar.

You will enjoy autonomy over your schedule, access work-from-home options, and a structured development path with training, supervision, and a generous PD budget plus leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration required or eligible for Core Suitability.
• Background in Psychology or Social Work preferred for this space.
• Driver's license and own vehicle required.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) required.
• 2–3 years experience within Behaviour Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload from Canberra, with referrals and clinical leadership support.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and ensuring quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Based at Canberra you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Canberra office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of:

4 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
