Job summary

Possum Busters in Thirroul, NSW, is seeking an organized, office-based administrator to help keep operations running smoothly. You will handle high volumes of calls, book and schedule technicians across Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Central Coast and Canberra, and prepare client quotes.

This two-day-per-week role (Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm) offers on-site parking and immediate start in a busy, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration-based role.
• Experience scheduling trades is ideal.
• Strong customer service and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Xero and Fergus is desirable.
• Flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to booking inquiries
• Organising jobs for technicians across Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, and Canberra
• Providing a high level of customer service to all clients and property managers
• Writing up quotes based on client needs
• Managing schedules and ensuring timely service delivery
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods or sick leave and annual leave
