Job summary

CHUTE SERVICES AUSTRALIA is seeking an experienced Part-Time Operations Co-Ordinator to support scheduling technicians and coordinating daily workflows in our Melbourne area. The role is school-hours friendly and 30 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning inbound triage, job management, invoicing, and debt collection.

The successful candidate will have at least two years in a similar role, be highly organized, and proficient with MS 365 and SimPRO (preferred).

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using SimPRO or similar workforce management systems.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage all inbound calls.
• End-to-end job management of work orders and ensure pricing and invoices are sent promptly.
• Review new work orders and allocate to schedule based on capacity.
• Schedule appointments and resource technicians, spares, materials, travel and equipment.
• Manage accounts and communicate with stakeholders to resolve queries.
