Job summary

Embodied Corporate Solutions is expanding its national sales team in Western Australia and seeks a Business Development Manager focused on fencing solutions for large Tier 1 projects. The role combines office and on-site activities, building relationships and delivering tailored proposals.

You will drive new opportunities, manage key client relationships through construction, and work with an experienced estimating team to ensure successful delivery and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 clients across WA.
• Comfortable working autonomously across office and site visits.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and hands-on sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients on Tier 1 projects across WA.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide tailored fencing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and technical solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
• Share insights and best practices with the national sales team.
