Job summary

Duratec is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our business across Western Australia. This field-facing role focuses on building relationships, uncovering opportunities before they hit the market, and turning them into real projects.

Based in WA, you will open doors into new markets, collaborate with operations to develop winning strategies, and represent Duratec at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within construction, infrastructure, defence, mining, energy or related sectors.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain client networks.
• Commercially astute and able to identify opportunities before they go to market.
• Driven by winning work and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a client-facing role.
• Established industry networks across WA with the ability to open doors and create opportunities.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced project environment.
