Job summary

FMS Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager – West Coast in Western Australia. You will identify, develop and secure new business opportunities while managing strategic customer relationships across our maintenance, labour services, equipment solutions and project capabilities.

The role involves engaging with executives through to site personnel, delivering tailored solutions and driving growth across WA with occasional interstate travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Account Management or Strategic Sales.
• Experience selling into the mining, mobile plant, construction equipment or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven success in winning new business and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key mining and industrial clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across WA and nationally.
• Generate and convert sales opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Prepare and coordinate tenders, pricing proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and market intelligence within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives.
• Represent FMS Group professionally across client meetings, networking events and industry forums
