Job summary

Westhaven Ltd in Bathurst, NSW, invites applications for a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker in our Children’s Services team. You will provide personal care, daily living support, and community engagement in our residential homes and community programs, working a rotating roster with guaranteed hours and pro-rata entitlements.

We offer SCHADS rates from $36.22 to $39.53 per hour plus 12% superannuation, plus salary packaging options and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Resilience with experience supporting complex needs, mental health or behaviours of concern.

What You’ll Need

• Essential Compliance:
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (provisional or full)
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
• Willingness to undergo statutory checks and be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
