Job summary

Westhaven Ltd is expanding in NSW and is seeking dedicated Support Workers for Adult and Children’s Services. Roles include casual and permanent part-time positions with pathways to leadership, in a client-centered, not-for-profit environment.

You will support clients’ independence through activities, personal care, and community engagement. A mandatory induction program and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Check (NDSWC) cleared.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus, but person-first skills matter most.

Responsibilities

• Teach daily living skills to a child or adult.
• Organise social outings, hobbies and community events to promote inclusion.
• Provide dignified personal care, attend appointments, and keep clear records.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Commitment: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
