Job summary

Westhaven in Dubbo is seeking dedicated individuals for disability and youth support. You’ll be paid competitively with strong tax advantages, including 12% superannuation and salary packaging options. Roles offer flexible part-time or casual shifts with opportunities for career progression.

• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid NSW WWCC clearance.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Bonus points if you hold a Cert III or IV in Disability—though your hands-on drive is what matters most!
