Sandfire on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for a premium beachfront venue. You will support floor and bar staff, take table orders and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on etiquette and attention to detail.

The role requires at least 3 years in a high-end environment, the ability to train staff, extensive wine knowledge, RSA certification for Queensland, and full Australian working rights. Immediate start with above award pay and casual or PPT options.

• Available for days, nights, weekends - we are currently open Thurs - Sun lunch and dinner
• Valid RSA certification for Queensland
• Must have full working rights in Australia

This a hands on role supporting floor and bar staff when busy, taking table orders and working closely with the venue manager.
