Kirra Beach House on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Bar Manager or Assistant Manager to lead an exciting, high-volume bar operation with a focus on sensational drinks and guest experience.

You will manage from the front, train and develop staff, schedule rosters within budget, ensure RSA/RMLV compliance, and be available weekends to deliver outstanding service at this beachfront venue.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume bar.
• Lead from the front while working in a team environment.
• Experience with rostering within budget and shift management.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• High level of presentation and attention to detail.
• Must hold RSA, RMLV and Approved Managers licenses.
• Available to work weekends.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume bar.
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front.
• Broad bar management experience, equipment maintenance and rostering.
• Roster management working within budget
• Hands on role to lead from the front
• Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience whilst developing your team.
• High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail .
• Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license.
• Whilst the bar will be your focus you will also need to be able to manage the shift with full accountability. You will need to be available to work weekends.
