Job summary

SandFire in Queensland’s beachfront venue is seeking a hands-on supervisor with style to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee floor and bar service, take orders, and mentor staff to maintain high standards.

Ideally you have 3+ years in a high-end environment with impeccable etiquette and strong wine knowledge, plus RSA Queensland certification. Availability across days, nights, weekends is required, and you must have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a high end environment where etiquette and attention to detail are imperative.
• Ability to train/mentor other staff.
• RSA Queensland certification required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role supporting floor and bar staff.
• Take table orders and work closely with the venue manager.
• Mentor and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
