Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, part of the Accor network, is seeking a friendly Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. You’ll delight guests across bars, restaurants, conferences and events with engaging service.

Bring energy, knowledge of beers, wines and cocktails, and a passion for memorable guest experiences. RSA certification and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience.
• Passion for great service and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Valid and current RSA certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly and experienced Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. You’ll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits. You’ll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly. With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.
