Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference spaces. This hands‑on role works closely with the F&B Operations Manager to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

You'll join a supportive Accor team during an exciting refurbishment, with plenty of opportunities to grow within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident guest engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness, including labour and cost control.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.

This is a hands‑on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
