Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking friendly Bartenders to join our busy Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. Serve beers, wines, cocktails and spirits across bars, restaurants and events, and engage guests with warm, confident service.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and hold a valid RSA certificate. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience.
• Genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved.
• RSA certification is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly and experienced Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

You’ll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits. You’ll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly.

With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.
