Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, part of the Accor network, is seeking a friendly Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. You’ll delight guests across bars, restaurants, conferences and events with engaging service.

Bring energy, knowledge of beers, wines and cocktails, and a passion for memorable guest experiences. RSA certification and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience.
• Passion for great service and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Valid and current RSA certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a friendly and genuine approach.
• Take orders and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and serve a range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and create a great guest experience.
• Support bars and beverage service across conferences, weddings and special events.
• Keep bar areas clean, organised and well stocked.
• Assist with stock control, preparation and general bar operations.
• Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service.
