Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or financial services preferred.
• Ability to identify the most suitable products and services for customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for NAB’s Quirindi customers and put them at the centre of every interaction.
• Identify suitable products and services for customers (account opening, unsecured lending, transactions).
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple and secure.
