Job summary

NAB in Cootamundra is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support daily customer interactions, open accounts and assist with a range of banking transactions. This part-time role focuses on delivering a seamless, customer-centred service and promoting NAB’s Smarter Banking options.

You will work with a team to ensure accurate, efficient processing of transactions while upholding NAB’s standards of service. The position offers structured development opportunities and customer-focused career

Responsibilities

• Support NAB’s Cootamundra Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
